Standard Prices

Standard prices for open market courses in 2011 are as follows:

Prices include all course materials, certificates, refreshments and lunches.

Terms of payment: Course fees must be paid before attendance, unless otherwise agreed in advance.

These prices are valid from 31 January 2011.

Discounts for Group Bookings

We offer a discount for group bookings i.e. where a number of delegates are booked on the same course. The discount is calculated as follows:

• First four (4) delegates pay the standard price.
• Every additional delegate is charged at 10% less than the standard price.

Prices for Inhouse Courses

Inhouse courses can be presented at our training venue or at the client's premises.
Please note that a minimum of 5 delegates is required for an inhouse course.
Pricing on standard inhouse courses in the Pretoria/Centurion area are calculated as follows:

• First five (5) delegates pay the standard price.
• Every additional delegate is charged at 10% less than the standard price.

Please note that there may be additional travelling costs for courses presented outside the Pretoria / Centurion area. Call or e-mail us for a quotation.

In the case of inhouse courses presented on site, the client is required to ensure the following:

• one computer per delegate.
• A large whiteboard.
• Appropriate software must be installed prior to commencement of the course.
• Meals, refreshments and parking for the lecturer must be arranged.

Courses presented on site are often convenient for delegates. The disadvantage, however, is that the risk of distractions from colleagues and day-to-day work is substantially increased. It is therefore essential to ensure that delegates are not disturbed during the course. A quiet venue, removed from the normal working area, and a strict Do-Not-Disturb policy are essential.

Training Packages

If you have a large number of delegates, or delegates who need to attend a significant number of courses, it is worth considering a training package.

Training packages take the form of a purchase of a number of training units. These training units can then be utilised across a variety of scheduled courses over a period of time.

Training packages have a number of advantages:

• Clients qualify for discount even if they do not have enough delegates on one single course to qualify for the normal group discount.
• There is a considerable saving on the overall cost of training.
• A training package can simplify the procurement process: once the contract has been concluded, the process of obtaining the requisite authorisation for a course is usually much faster.

Prices for Customised Courses

Customised courses are available on request, for a minimum of 5 delegates.

Customised courses may take the form of shorter courses, courses presented after hours, courses that combine material from other courses, or courses where the content is specifically tailored for the client.

Please note that cost of a customised course is dependant on the course specifications.

Bookings may be made telephonically, by fax or by e-mail, but we do require telephonic bookings to be confirmed in writing.
