Why does the schedule change?
We plan the schedule based on the popularity of different courses. Unfortunately, our crystal ball doesn't always work perfectly. Clients sometimes request different dates, because a scheduled date may conflict with other commitments. Or we may be requested to present inhouse or customised courses, or schedule a course that is only offered on request. We do try our best to never change the date of a course for which we have already received enrolments.
You can reduce the chances of your course date being changed by booking early. And if you book four (4) delegates on the same course, we guarantee that we will not change the date.

What does on request mean?
Courses that are unusual and for which there is limited demand are only scheduled when we have enough interested clients. If you would like to attend or send someone on such a course, please inform us. We will record your interest in the course. When we have enough interest, we will inform you, and arrange a date that is suitable for all our interested clients.
